This is the one of which many Japanese have started to have interests about top secrets of own country like Pepper Lunch Rape Case in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. Both incidents were quite big news but the stories were being played down after a short time in the press.. Those two incidents have not been reported by mass-media any more. This Lolicon Prostitution Case was uploaded on Wikipedia so many times and deleted repeatedly. I am afraid I could not find out English article in internet. Now you can read the article only in Japanese.
In July 2003, four girls from 6th class of the elementary schools were captivated in a mansion at Akasaka, Tokyo which belong to a big boss of politicians Mr. Ichiro OZAWA‘s fund-managing organization ‘Rikuzankai‘.
Does a politian’s fund-managing organization need such rooms for their work? (This is a room of the mansion ‘Prime Akasaka’ where the police took four girls into protective custody. Address is ‘Prime Akasaka’ 2-17 Akasaka, Minatoku, Tokyo. This is one of 8 mansions – Mr. Ozawa’s hidden property.
In the beginning of this news, TV channels reported the police found out the list of 2,000 customers for Lolicon Prostitution. They were many politicians, lawyers, doctors, and actors. Suddenly they stopped mentioning about the list. Meanwhile one man was found dead. His name is Kotaro YOSHIZATO. He was the culprit and he made a suicide as news said though the situation of his death showed a murder case. It is said politicians used yakuza to kill him.
After several weeks, Mr. Satoru SOMEYA (pen name was Kuragaki Kashiwabara), a freelance journalist who was researching the mystery of the Petit Angel Case (mainly about the list) was found dead at Tokyo Bay. Hid back was stabbed repeatedly. His body was sunk with spindles (total 22kg) in to the sea.
The list was in the hand of Mr. Iwao Uruma, Police Excecutive as everybody knows now. He was promoted soon, becoming Commissioner General of the National Police Agency (2004-2007) and later Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary (2008-2009).
It has spread that they were the members of the Petit Angel Club :
- Politician 1 ( one of wealthiest citizens of Japan – wikipedia) other article in Japanese with photos
- Politician 2, (a diplomat)
- Actor 1 (well-known)
- Actor 2 (well-known)
You can search the word プチエンジェル事件 with google in Japanese. (means Petit Angel Case) It hits 550,000 today. We cannot believe mass-media, the police, politicians in Japan any more. c.f. Pepper Lunch Rape Case.
In this case, it seemed two died. One is the culprit, the owner of the Petit Angel Club, the other one was the freelance journalist.
Mr. Masahiko Ueno (on TV screen), who was previous Director General of Tokyo Medical Examiner’s Office says, 90% of suicides cases are murder cases in deed.
When the police concludes a incident as a suicide, 90% will carry a postmortem examination in the West. In Japan only 8% of cases will be examined. Isn’t it crazy?! Japan is a developing country…

Olympic? – Japan Doctors tell us, “We know our patients have radiation illness” but forced to keep it secret
Thousands in Japan reported to be suffering massive and recurring nosebleeds in recent days — Gundersen: Japan doctors tell us, “We know our patients have radiation illness” but forced to keep it secret
Fairewinds Chief Engineer Arnie Gundersen, Oct. 1, 2013 (At 5:10 in): The problem right now is that Japanese researchers are afraid to tell the truth. We’ve got doctors calling us at Fairewinds saying, “We know our patients have radiation illness and the hospital isn’t allowing us to tell the patients that.” […] So the last piece of this is transparency. And frankly if you leave it to the Japanese government we’re never going to get transparency. We’ve got get the people involved with an oversight panel made up of civilians who have nothing to gain, or nothing to lose from telling the truth.

Japan Times, Sept. 18, 2013: Norika Fujiwara [former Miss Japan] has broken an unwritten rule of the television business: sharing her political views. The popular model and actress has come out against a bill that stiffens penalties against civil servants who leak classified information. […] In a message posted on Friday, Fujiwara accused the government of covering up the truth about the crisis at the Fukushima nuclear plant, and spreading misinformation about radiation and leaks of radioactive water there. “As a citizen I am really concerned about it,” Fujiwara wrote in another message. “Our nation has a right to know.” […] “Once the bill is signed, the people who will write the truth on the Internet (or through other means) will be punished,” she stressed. Japan typhoon kills three, forces water release from FUKUSHIMA
Typhoon Man-yi, which battered Japan yesterday, has left three people dead and forced the operator of the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant to release rainwater with low levels of radiation into the ocean.
The powerful typhoon made landfall in Toyohashi, Aichi prefecture, shortly before 8am local time, packing gusts of up to 162 kilometres an hour, the Japan Meheorological Agency said.
Public broadcaster NHK said a 71-year-old woman was found dead as a landslide engulfed her house in Shiga prefecture, while a 77-year-old woman was also confirmed dead in a separate mudslide in Fukui prefecture, near Shiga.
Japanese news agency Jiji Press said a third person, a man aged 63, died after falling from a ladder he climbed to shut a window.
Kyodo news agency, citing local officials, said five people were still missing, while NHK said 128 others were injured with more than 4000 houses flooded and at least 270 houses damaged by strong wind or landslides…..

Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant Weekly Review by nuclearstreet.com
Fukushima Daiichi weathered an earthquake and a typhoon this week, and Japan’s prime minister has asked Tokyo Electric Power Co. to decommission the last two potentially operable reactors at the site.
Recent developments related to the nuclear plant severely damaged after Japan’s 2011 earthquake and tsunami include:
No Damage from 5.9 Quake
Another aftershock from the 2011 quake shook Fukushima Prefecture Friday morning. The magnitude 5.9 temblor was not accompanied by a tsunami warning, Kyodo News reported, and TEPCO indicated plant radiation levels and the condition of the damaged reactors was unchanged.
Typhoon Water Released
A typhoon brought torrential rain to the site Monday, and TEPCO decided to release about 1,130 metric tons of water that had collected behind retention barriers surrounding tanks. The Asahi Shimbun reported water released from seven areas tested at 3 to 4 becquerels of strontium and other contaminants per liter, which is within the legal limit for release into the environment. Rainwater in parts of the tank farm near recent leaks tested as high as 170,000 becquerels per liter and was transferred to storage tanks. TEPCO representatives said the release was necessary to prevent standing rainwater from becoming contaminated in the event of another tank leak.
Abe: Close Units 5 and 6
During a visit to the plant Thursday, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe asked TEPCO to decommission units 5 and 6, which were offline during the 2011 tsunami and did not sustain catastrophic damage. In a release, TEPCO announced it would make a decision on the units by the end of the year.

The Japanese nuclear industry is controlled by the Yakuza and the ex-Japanese Army group. The salary difference between the employees working for the company directory under TEPCO and the ones from the company under few more companies are about 93%. Basically, the work request goes through several companies and the companies get some margin for asking another company. TEPCO seems to put the censorship on the employees that if they speak about the business to the media, they will get fired.
Who is checking the used nuke fuel pool or the reactor filled with water in the nuclear plant in Japan? That’s the foreign workers. They use the foreign workers to dive into the water to check the area required for fixing. These workers are treated with bear after the work for taking out the radioactive contamination from their bodies. If they cannot speak Japanese, they have no idea what kind of job they are asked to do. These workers might be the prisoners as the rumor says.

“TEPCO’s involvement with anti-social forces and their inability to filter them out of the work-place is a national security issue … Nuclear energy shouldn’t be in the hands of the yakuza. They’re gamblers and an intelligent person doesn’t want them to have atomic dice to play with.” – Japanese Senator (3)
The technological issue of nuclear energy is intertwined with the exploitation of human labor in a hierarchy of interests, and how human labor is expended is an economic and moral issue. The Grand Scientific Project from the time of Francis Bacon up to the Manhattan Project of Oppenheimer and Fermi has been a dangerous gamble for humanity even though the advertised purpose is that progress is good.
